BDM / Upload and index files to the correct location

Objective
- To provide instruction on resolving BDM files uploaded or indexed to the wrong location or person
Environment
- 196716: Banner Document Management (BDM)
Resolution
- Open BDM
- Use the ribbon at the top to export all the files
- Save on your computer
- In Banner Imaging, navigate to the correct location
- Upload the files
- Return to the old location
- Delete the old files
Note
- If you do not have permission to delete files in BDM, contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to request assistance. Provide the following information:
- Application name
- File name
- User name or file location
