Objective

• To obtain assistance in resolving BDM index issues when:
  • You are unable to attach documents to index in Banner Imaging
  • You are unable to batch index files

2. Provide the following information:
   • Application/folder and group name
   • Describe the steps you are taking 
   • Describe the error you are receiving or the problem you are experiencing
