TDX / Troubleshoot an invalid username or password error

Objective

  • To provide instruction on troubleshooting a username or password error that occurs when logging in to TeamDynamix 

Environment

  • University Business Apps
  • 10374: TeamDynamix (TDX)
  • Chrome

Resolution

  1. Open a new Incognito session in Chrome
  2. Log in to the TDX technician portal
  3. If you can successfully log in, the issue is with your normal browser session
