TeamDynamix returns invalid username or password error

Issue/Question

  • TeamDynamix says that my username or password is incorrect

Environment

  • University Business Apps
  • TeamDynamix
  • Chrome

Resolution

  1. Open a new Incognito session in Chrome
  2. Log in to the TeamDynamix technician portal
  3. If you can successfully log in, the issue is with your normal browser session
