Resolution

Employee: Windows

  1. Click Startthen begin typing Software Center to search for the Software Center application. Select Software Center from the search results 
    • Note: If Software Center is missing from your work computer, request it using the button on the right
  2. Ensure that the Available Software tab is selected
  3. Select a software title and then click the Install button
  4. Watch the Status column to view the software's installation status. Larger software packages may take a while to install

 

Employee: Mac

  1. Navigate to the Application folder on your Mac
  2. Open the Self Service application (If the Self Service application is missing from your computer, request it using the Request Self Service button on this page)
  3. Click R to install. The software will begin installing automatically
