Procedure: JIRA / Add the KMRubric account to a project

Objective

  • To provide instruction on adding the KMRubric account to your JIRA project to allow it to create corresponding issues

Scope

  • The KMRubric account must be manually added to your JIRA project BEFORE completing the iPaaS form
    • This will enable issues to be added to the JIRA backlog

Procedure

  1. Open your project in JIRA
  2. Select Project Settings
  3. Select Access
  4. Select Add People
  5. Enter KMRubric in the search box
  6. Select the KMRubric user
  7. Ensure that the selected Role is Member
  8. Select Add 1 Person
