Objective
To provide instruction on what to do if you receive a notice of account termination that you believe is incorrect

Scope
There is a known error causing students to receive a notice of termination of Miami accounts after they have left a student job on campus. No actual termination of the accounts is taking place. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is working to resolve this issue. A list of currently known issues can be found at
