  • To provide instruction on what to do if you receive a notice of account termination that you believe is incorrect

Scope

  • There is a known error causing students to receive a notice of termination of Miami accounts after they have left a student job on campus. No actual termination of the accounts is taking place. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is working to resolve this issue. A list of currently known issues can be found at https://www.miamioh.edu/iamissues

Instructions 

  1. If you have recently left a student employment position but are still enrolled in classes, this message can be safely disregarded
