Problem
- Why did I receive notice that my Miami account had been terminated?
- I received a notice of account termination — I don't think this is right
Scope
- There is a known error causing students to receive a notice of termination of Miami accounts after they have left a student job on campus. No actual termination of the accounts is taking place. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is working to resolve this issue. A list of currently known issues can be found at https://www.miamioh.edu/iamissues
Resolution
- If you have recently left a student employment position but are still enrolled in classes, this message can be safely disregarded
- If you are concerned that your account may have been terminated in error for any other reason, contact One Stop at 513 529-0001
