Canvas / Guide: File storage limitations

Objective

Storage is limited per our contract with Instructure
Use My Media for video/audio files
PPT files should be in Google Drive and linked to Google Drive in Canvas
External articles that have been downloaded should be linked to the source, especially Miami library resources
Remove/download out-of-date material

- To find information and to register, go to the Events Calendar and search for Canvas. Resources for using technology. guides, and best practices can be found on the Miami Online website
- Self-paced training is available to faculty and staff. Go to Miami Online Catalog and log in
