| Cause |
- The connection string is incorrect
- The user does not have appropriate permissions in banner
- User is off campus and needs to connect to VPN
|
| Applied Resolution |
- If you are off campus, connect to the MU VPN
- If error persists, follow all steps in Access database in SQL Developer / Oracle to ensure correct connection details
- If error persists, contact the appropriate office as listed in Banner Security Access to request access
- If you are a member of IT services, have your manager submit a ticket to the DBAs to request access
