Update account detail codes / Etix Data Integration

Problem

• How do I change the Account Detail Codes that are used to determine which students to send to Etix that have paid certain accounting general fees?

Scope

• This list of account detail codes from tbraccd_detail_code are used to determine if a student has paid fees for a given semester. This is used as a filter in the query of students to send to Etix

Resolution

1. Obtain the four-digit account detail code from tbraccd_detail_code
2. Log in to CAM
   • If accessing from CAM homepage, EtixDataIntegration > ApplicationText > Configuration Items
3. Edit the AcctDetailCodes value
   • Ensure that only numbers and commas are present, no spaces. e.g. 0113,0114,0115,0190
