Update Etix Membership ID / Etix Data Integration

Problem

• How do I change the Etix Membership ID if needed?

Scope

• This is NOT necessary if just renaming a membership within Etix's site. Renaming a membership should keep the underlying Membership ID the same
• In Etix, if a new membership is created, there will be a numeric ID associated with the membership. Miami's data integration needs that number filled in within CAM in order to send records to that membership

Resolution

1. Obtain the membership ID number from Etix
   • There is a section for Memberships -> All Memberships
2. Log in to CAM
   • If accessing from CAM homepage, EtixDataIntegration > ApplicationText > Configuration Items
3. Edit the associated Membership value
   • There are three memberships: the main EtixMembershipId (parent), and the EmployeeMembershipLevelId and StudentMembershipLevelId (children)
   • Initial configurations:
     • EtixMembershipId = 6920
     • EmployeeMembershipLevelId = 25394
     • StudentMembershipLevelId = 25395
