  • The Banner upgrade planning group was convened in the summer of 2021 to continue the work of the individuals who prepared the original monthly Banner upgrade plan. This document describes the basic working model, expectations and outcomes for the group; the reader will better understand the process of planning regular Banner upgrades

  • Purpose
    • Coordinate the selection of Banner upgrade dates with input from Miami administrative offices, IT Services and other relevant scheduling sources.
  • Participants
    • Group participants are selected to represent the primary divisions conducting business functions with Banner, as well as the operations staff supporting Banner and conducting upgrades.
