Contact One Stop during business hours at 513-529-0001 for more information
One Stop agents
TMS Student Account Center is a non-Miami vendor service — contact the vendor to determine the source of the performance issue
If the vendor determines the issue to be a problem on the back-end (Miami-side), contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at
MiamiOH.edu/ITChat
to report the connection services issue
Provide the following information: TMS back-end connection services seem to be running slowly or not at all
