The purpose of Project Portfolio Management (Value Engineering) is to oversight of the Project Portfolio and participate in the selection of project work taken on by IT Services for the benefit of the University; and to provide leadership reporting of activity and status of projects in the portfolio.
The project portfolio process at our current maturity blends many of the activities and roles traditionally included in Business Relationship Management process.
