Beveled-M Reservation Request

Miami University Communications and Marketing (UCM) owns a life-sized Beveled-M (L 78” x W 24” x H 70”) that can be reserved by Miami divisions and departments for university-sanctioned on or off campus events.  It is required that the Beveled-M is transported in its crate (L 88” x W 36” x H 81”). UCM will provide the requestor with the contact information on the approved mover (varies by location), but the coordination of all logistics and the expenses for the move are the responsibility of the requestor. Alternative movers may not be used.  UCM will inventory the Beveled-M before and after the event. If anything is lost or damaged while the Beveled-M is transported or used by the requestor, the requestor is responsible for all costs associated with fixing or replacing the Beveled-M. These costs will be charged to the provided index code.  Requests must be received at least 30 business days before the event. UCM will respond to your request within 5 business days.
