What is Localist?
The University events calendar is powered by Localist and aggregates events from multiple business systems including 25Live, EMS, TheHUB, and more to present one cohesive calendar. Localist allows centralization of events into one fully-branded calendar, drawing more attendees to your events.
Localist allows students, faculty, and staff to enter events, which saves time and increases visibility of events.
How is Localist Accessed?
The url for Miami's Events Calendar is https://events.miamioh.edu. Anyone with a Miami UniqueID can enter an event in Localist without an account. An account is necessary to manage and approve events in your area.
