Event Parking Request

Introduction

Thank you for contacting Miami University Parking and Transportation Services for your event parking needs! Please provide information in the fields below so that we may assist you with your event. Please note that requests MUST be submitted at least 10 days prior to the beginning of your event. Requests submitted after 10 days are generally not possible to accommodate due to the brief amount of time available to make preparations. Short-notice events should direct their guests to purchase a parking permit online (miamioh.edu/parking/permits) or park in one of Miami's parking garages for the event.
