LISTSERV / Modify list reply settings

Objective

  • To provide instruction on modifying your LISTSERV list reply settings

Environment

  • 10283: LISTSERV

Resolution

By default, replies are sent to the list. You can choose to have replies sent to the Sender by following these steps.

  1. Go to Miami's LISTSERV website 
  2. If prompted, log in to the list using the email address with which you are subscribed and your LISTSERV password
  3. In the List Management Dashboard, click to select the list you want to modify
  4. Select List Configuration from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  5. Click the Distrubtion button.
  6. From the Reply-To drop-down, select Sender. 
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Update button.
