Entity Account / Add a delegate to an email account

Objective

  • Add delegate access to a Miami entity email account

Environment

  • 10235: Entity Account Manager
  • Miami Email

Resolution

  1. Launch an incognito window or clean browser session
  2. Go to Miami's email site
    • Log in using the entity account ID you requested as the UniqueID and the entity account password
  3. In the top-right, click the gear icon
  4. Click Settings
  5. Click the Accounts or Accounts and Import tab
  6. In the Grant access to your account section, click Add another account
  7. Enter the email address of the person you want to add
  8. Click Next Step and then Send email to grant access
  9. The person will receive a confirmation email
    • It may take up to 24 hours for you to see them as a delegate after they confirm
    • The invitation expires after a week

 

Notes

  • You can add up to 25 delegates, and there is no limit to the number of accounts for which you can be a delegate
