GitLab / Assistance needed to add or remove user access

Objective

• To obtain assistance in adding or removing a user's access to GitLab when:
  • You want to grant a new employee access to GitLab
  • You want to request access to GitLab
  • You want to remove a user from GitLab

Environment

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 or via Live Chat to make your request to grant or remove user access to GitLab
2. Provide the following information:
   • The effective date for granting or removing access
   • The employee's name and UniqueID
   • Groups to which access is requested or should be removed
     • The reason for removing the user
