  • Software for University-owned Computers
  • 10188: Jamf Pro (Casper) Suite
    • Microsoft Office
  • macOS
  • Windows

Resolution

On macOS

  • You must be on campus to complete this installation
  1. Open the Self Service application on your Mac
  2. Click Microsoft Office to install
    • The software will begin installing automatically

 

On Windows

  • You must be on campus to complete this installation

  1. Click the Windows button
  2. Search for Software Center
  3. Locate and open Software Center
  4. From the available software, select Office
  5. Click the Install button
