• To provide information on changing the forwarding email address on your alumni account (MiamiAlum.org)

• Alumni/Alumnae Account
• 12604: Alumni Association Website (http://www.MiamiAlum.org/)

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat for assistance
2. Provide the following information:
   • Your MiamiAlum.org email address
   • Your current forwarding email address, if known
   • Your desired new forwarding address
