Resolution

NOTE: The student submission will not be visible in SpeedGrader. You will use the application to find student work.

  1. If no students have submitted the screen will indicate that there are "No student submissions yet"
  2. Once a student submits you will see names of student who have submitted at the bottom of the assignment information
  3. Click the name of the student you want to review and grade. Note that students who have submitted will have a date and time of submission and a status of Submitted. Students who have not yet submitted will show as Assigned
  4. To grade the submitted work click on the line with the student's name and submitted status. The file will open and a grade box will appear on the right panel. You can see the history of the document, grade the document, and provide overall feedback
  5. The features associated with the Google file types will be available to you. These include comments and edits that you make
  6. Click Return button in the upper right corner to return the grade to the student and populate the grade into the Canvas Gradebook
