Miami University Information Technology Services does not maintain full-time training staff.

Premise and Remotely Hosted Solution Provider Support Questions 

1. If training is needed, is training part of the initial contract? No additional cost?
2. Does the vendor require to be on site for training?
3. Is the training limited to the overall use of the product or will specified areas, features, user profiles, etc. also be covered in detail?
4. Is training provided for all user profiles?
5. If an accessible design is available and possible through the technology, does the vendor include how to include accessibility as part of their training?
6. Is there any special technology or requirements needed for training that Miami must provide?
7. How many hours of training are provided at no additional cost?
