Reprint Waiver (Civilian Fingerprinting)

This waiver is for applicants who have already been processed through our National Webcheck System and the results have come back as "Incomplete". Applicants who are to be reprinted also understand and have agreed to the Criminal Background Release terms. By agreeing to these terms, they understand their background results will be sent to the original requested person/organization.

There will be no additional cost, this will replace the incomplete background initially taken.
