Introduction
Faculty, staff, and students may initiate requests for refunds when something has gone wrong with the MUprint Service and you paid for a print job that did not finish correctly. This request may also be used to initiate refunds if you have had issues while using a Value Transfer Station (VTS) to add money to your MUlaa account (using your Miami ID) or when purchasing a generic MUlaa card.
PLEASE NOTE: If you use the VTS machine and choose to receive a generic MUlaa card, there is a $1.00 fee for the cost of the generic MUlaa card that the machine issues. YOU MUST RE-INSERT the card to any value added to the card when you use a bill larger than $1.00
For example: if you insert a bill such as a $5, $10 or $20 bill, then the machine will give you the card and subtract the cost of the card ($1) from the amount you entered, to put the remaining balance onto the card, you MUST reinsert the card to the machine to have the remaining value added . Please read the directions on the machine carefully.

Requests for MUprint refunds will be reviewed and processed within 1-3 business days.
