MUlaa Balance Refund Request

Introduction

Students may use this form to request a refund of their current unspent MUlaa balance. 

Details

By default, unspent MUlaa balances remaining at the time of withdrawal, transfer, or graduation will be credited to the student's university account. Students may request an early credit of unspent dollars by completing this form. Requests will be reviewed and processed within two business days.
