Please note that requests MUST be submitted at least 10 days prior to the beginning of your event. Requests submitted after 10 days are generally not possible to accommodate due to the brief amount of time available to make preparations. Short-notice events should direct their guests to purchase a parking permit online (miamioh.edu/parking/portal) or park in one of Miami's parking garages for the event.
