• To provide instruction on installing and configuring the Cisco Jabber app on a Windows computer

Scope

• Review the list of supported Windows operating systems

Environment

• 440389: Jabber
  • Cisco Jabber
• PC, Windows computer

Resolution 

1. Follow this link to download the Cisco Jabber app for Windows 
2. Click the .msi file that is downloaded to begin the installation
3. Click Accept and Install
4. When prompted with Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? click Yes
5. Click Finish
6. Open Cisco Jabber
7. Enter your Miami email address
8. Enter your uniqueID and password, then click Login
