Problem
- How do I remove a wireless network from the list of networks on my iPhone or iPad?
Cause
- If you experience an issue when connecting to a wireless network on an iOS device, try forgetting the wireless network. This enables the computer to reset settings — usernames, passwords, or configurations — allowing the device to reconnect to the network

Resolution
To remove a wireless network from a list of networks on my iPhone or iPad, follow this procedure:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap Wi-Fi
- Tap the info button next to the network that you want to remove — the button looks like a lowercase i
- Tap Forget This Network
- When prompted, tap Forget to confirm the action
