Resolution
- Refer to the Canvas Guide to connect your Google Drive in Canvas:

- You must use your Miami Google account to submit files in Canvas. If your Google account is registered correctly in Canvas, but you are still having authorization issues:
- Sign out of all your Google accounts (personal, work, school, etc.)
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Sign back in only to your Miami Google account
- To avoid confusion with different Google accounts, use different browsers for different accounts
- Use Chrome Profiles to create a Miami profile to keep your accounts separate
- If your registered account in Canvas is not correct:
- In Global Navigation, click the Account link, then click the Settings link
- Go to the "Registered Services" section
- Hover your mouse over Google Drive and click the X to remove it.
- Go to the "Approved Integrations" section to find the Google Drive LTI IAD-Prod
- Click the trashcan icon (the Delete this Token button)
- Click OK
- Follow the steps to connect the correct Google Drive account in Canvas
