Objective

• To provide instruction on adjusting Canvas grades after the end of term
• To provide instruction on adding Canvas grades after the term has ended

Cause

• Late submissions, grade reconciliation

Resolution

1. Submit a Canvas Solutions Request for the course to be reopened by a Canvas Admin in Miami Online
   • OR call IT Help at 1-513-529-7900 to submit a ticket to Miami Online and request that a Canvas Admin reopen the course for you. In your request, provide:
     • Course Name
     • Section
     • Term
2. Once open, enter grades. Grades changed in Canvas after the grade submission deadline will not be reflected in Banner unless a change of grade is submitted through the Photo Roster

  • Office hours and support will be offered throughout each term. Look for an announcement in Canvas and an email to all faculty
