Canvas / Quiz is locked or no longer available to me

Objective

• To provide instruction on gaining access to a quiz when:
  • You were locked out of a quiz in Canvas
  • You want to re-open a quiz
  • Your Canvas quiz is no longer available
  • When going to take a quiz, you only see a box with the message, This quiz is no longer available as the course has been concluded
  • You were only allowed one attempt when taking a quiz

• Only your instructor has the authority to allow another attempt on a quiz
• Contact your instructor for assistance in gaining another attempt
