Resolution

Miami University Campus Services provides end-user support for the Campus Services Miami ID card
- Visit the Campus Services Center website for information on replacing your lost or non-functioning Miami ID card
- Student: Complete and submit your Campus Services request for a replacement Miami ID card
- Faculty or Staff: Complete and submit your Campus Services request for a new or replacement Miami ID card
- Faculty, Staff, and Student: Don't forget that Digital ID is an option for a lost card
