Assistance needed with a network jack or port / Wired Network

Problem

• I need assistance with a network jack
• I have problems with packet loss on a device

Resolution

1. Try rebooting the device
2. Follow these KB instructions to run a connection speed test 
3. Make a screen-capture of the results
