Problem
- I need assistance with a network jack
- I have problems with packet loss on a device
- I need to test the function of a data or network jack or network port
- A credit card machine cannot connect to the Internet to complete transactions
Resolution
- Try rebooting the device
- Follow these KB instructions to run a connection speed test
- Make a screen-capture of the results

- Provide the following information:
- Detailed description of the issue you're experiencing
- Location of the jack, including building name and room number
- Network jack ID
- MAC address(es) of the affected device(s)
- Screen-capture of the speed test results you received for the affected device(s)
