Request: OAS / Grant employee access to groups/reports, match other employee access

Request

• Grant new employee access to groups/reports in OAS or BI Publisher
• Grant new employee account access to match another employee's access

Rationale

• Certain offices require employee access to a group's dashboard and University reports

Resolution

1. Employee: Ask your supervisor for employee access to your group's dashboard and reports in OAS or BI Publisher
2. Supervisor: Follow this link to view the list of authorized requesters. The Authorized requester will submit the official access request form  
   • Be sure to provide your employee's UniqueID
   • If appropriate, be sure to note that the new employee's access should match that of another employee
