- How do I download and log in to the Workday mobile app?
Scope
- Connect to the Miami University organization on the Workday mobile app
Resolution
- To download and log in to Miami's organization in the Workday mobile app, follow this procedure:
- Download the Workday mobile app
- Open the app
- Tap Login
- Enter miamioh in the Organization ID field
- If prompted for the tenant URL, enter: https://wd5.myworkday.com
- Tap the arrow
- Log in with your Miami UniqueID and MUnet password
- Approve the Duo prompt
- Once it loads, tap the box next to Remember this Device
- Tap Submit
Notes
- You may have to create a six-digit PIN
- You should be able to enable biometrics for the Workday Mobile Application on your mobile device
- If you are unable to connect using the typed-in value of miamioh for the Organization ID, you will be able to enter the appropriate connection information in the Advanced settings section of the app setup screen
- Required operating systems are Android 12 and up, and Apple iOS 17 or later as of the publication date of this article. After 3/15/26, the supported versions are iOS 18 and higher , and Android 13 and higher. Workday deprecates support for older versions of the mobile app on a periodic basis, usually annually.
- If your device is not up-to-date or cannot be updated:
- Open a browser on your mobile device and type the URL miamioh.edu/workday
- Log in and then save the site to your home screen
