Resolution

Install Acrobat Reader

• If you are on PC, install Acrobat Reader using the Software Center on your computer
  • Follow these KB instructions to install software through the Software Center 
• If you are on a Mac, install Acrobat Reader using Self Service on your computer
  • Follow these KB instructions to install software through Self Service

Install subscription-based application(s)

• Users will be added to Miami's subscription portal and a "Welcome" email will provide user instructions on getting started 

Install perpetual-based application(s)

• The software is deployed remotely by IT Services after purchase to the Miami-owned device assigned to the user
• Sales of the perpetual license ended July 2024
• Contact your TSS/TSR point of contact, if assistant is needed with a transfer of a previously purchase perpetual license
