Give permission to access / Titanium (Psychology Clinic)
Body
Problem
- How do I add user access to the Titanium Scheduler application?
Scope
- Titanium Scheduler database stores Personal Protected Identifying Information (PII) covered by FERPA and HIPAA and additional permission is required to access the application
- Titanium Scheduler application access granted via Directory Account Manager (DAM)
Resolution
- Log in to Directory Account Manager (DAM)
- Add the user's UniqueID to the following groups: dcas-fc, psy-clinicview
- dcas-fc, group members will have access to the Titanium application at Z:\MUFiles\SAF\SAF\PSY\Titanium\TitaniumApplicationProd\Ti10.exe
- psy-clinicview, group members will have access to the Titanium application via RemoteApp and Desktop Connections for Windows PCs and Microsoft Remote Desktop for macOS
Notes
- Titanium desktop application runs on Windows PC only
- Firewall rules limit desktop application on Windows PCs to Psychology subnet only 10.34.222.0/24, 10.34.221.0/24
- Microsoft Remote Desktop (available via Jamf Self Service) must be used for macOS
- User must be connected via MUVPN when off campus or via MU-WIRELESS when using Remote Desktop Services for both Windows and macOS
- Configure RemoteApps for Windows
- Configure Microsoft Remote Desktop for macOS
