Canvas / Unable to access content in mobile app

Issue

  • I cannot access the to-do area for the Canvas app on a smartphone
  • The Canvas app is not updated, and I can't see my courses

Environment

  • 10185: Canvas
    • Canvas App
  • iOS Device
  • Android Device

Resolution

  1. Review the appropriate Canvas Guide article:
  2. Delete the Canvas app from your device
  3. Reinstall the app from the App Store
  4. Clear the app cache by tapping the dashboard screen three times with four fingers
    • A displayed message will tell you that the app cache is clear
