Micros Credit Card Reader Issues

We find that completing these steps solves most Micros credit card reader issues. Try these steps first!

  1. Turn off the register
  2. Reset the credit card reader by pressing the yellow key and the # key at the same time
  3. Turn the register back on
  4. Do not touch any keys on the register until the log in screen appears
