Contact Client on Behalf of IT Services

Introduction

This form is made available to IT staff that need the service desk to initiate contact with a faculty, staff, or student in regards to an issue. In many cases, the person we are contacting will have lost access to their Miami online services. We are attempting to make contact with them via phone so that they can rectify whatever situation the IT staff identified.

You must provide the following information for the service desk:

  • The person they should contact
  • What to say and do if they make actual contact with the client
  • What to say and do if they are leaving a voicemail
  • What to do if they are unable to make contact
