Reset Microsoft Online Services password

Issue/Question

  • Microsoft Online Services requested a password reset for my account

Environment

  • Miami Online Services

Rationale

  • Students, staff, and faculty must use their Miami credentials to access Microsoft Online Services

Resolution

  1. Try to log in with your Miami email address and MUnet password
  2. If this does not work, follow this link to Miami's MUnet Password Utilities page and follow the prompts to change your password 
    • This will also change your Microsoft Online Services password

 

Note

  • You will not be able to log in with your new password until the day after you change your MUnet password
