Error received when accessing SkillPort

Issue/Question

  • When I try to access SkillPort, I get an error message that says my username and password do not match
  • I cannot log in to SkillPort from the Job Enrichment Page; It says :log-in failed
  • When logging in to SkillPort, I get an error saying that the username and password that I entered do not match

Environment

  • 10360: SkillPort

Resolution

  1. Log in to SkillPort
  2. Follow these KB instructions to clear your browser cache and other data records 
  3. If the issue persists, try accessing SkillPort in a web browser other than Google Chrome
