Objective

• To obtain assistance in accessing the second part of the required AlcoholEdu course

Environment

• 10149: AlcoholEdu
• 1182518: Vector Solutions Training Platform

Cause

• You must wait 45 days after completing the first section of the AlcoholEdu course. After 45 days, you should receive a reminder email that includes a link to the second part of the course
• There is a hold on your account

Resolution

• If more than 45 days have passed since you completed the first section of the course, send an email to alcoholedu@miamioh.edu  to report the issue
• If you receive an error message, contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat and provide the following information:
  • Your UniqueID 
  • Error message
  • Description of issue
