New student did not receive UniqueID and Banner ID

Issue/Question

  • I am a new student trying to log in to a Miami service, but I did not receive my login information

Environment

  • Student Account
  • Identity and Access Management
  • One Stop

Resolution

  1. Check your admissions application online
  2. Log in with your email address — the one you used when you applied — and the password you provided
  3. Your login information and Banner+ number are available after logging in
    • For assistance in retrieving your account information, contact One Stop at 513-529-0001
