BDM document viewing issues

Issue/Question

  • Documents scanned into contact reports are not viewable by clicking on the magnifying glass, unless I hit the arrow toward the top-left to clear the contact report field, and then select the magnifying glass

Environment

  • Banner Document Management (BDM)
  • Banner Imaging 

Cause

  • Forms AMACONT and APACONT must be in the ID field before clicking the Banner Imaging magnifying glass icon

Resolution

  1. Click on the ID field in the top-left corner of the form
  2. Click on the BDM-display button to display the accompanying BDM document
