LISTSERV / Troubleshoot failure to receive email

Objective

  • To provide troubleshooting options for resolving failure to receive LISTSERV email messages

Environment

  • 10283: LISTSERV
  • 10262: Google Mail (email e-mail)

Resolution

Check your spam folder

  1. Open your Gmail account
  2. In the search bar at the top, search for the LISTSERV email address
  3. If you know messages have been sent that are not appearing in your search results, scroll down to the bottom of the left-hand column and select More
  4. Select Spam
  5. Check to see if the messages are in your spam folder

 

Check your LISTSERV subscription

  1. Log in to the LISTSERV management console
  2. Select Subscriber's Corner from the menu at the top of the page
  3. Verify that the list name is in the list of lists to which you are subscribed
