MUPD recognizes that at sporting, special events, and other times officers may be required to provide crowd and vehicular control and security. A fourteen (14) day advanced notice is required for all staffing requests. To request a quote prior to your event, please complete the form and add "Request a quote of estimated cost" to the additional information section. The quote will be sent to the point of contact.
*If an event is cancelled, it is the responsibility of the person who requested the detail to inform Capt. Bechtolt at 513-529-1449 or bechtojp@miamioh.edu 24 hours in advance or the requesting department will be responsible for the 4 hour minimum charge per officer assigned to event.
